Terms & Conditions

Naturo reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice
By ordering Naturo's service via telephone, e-mail, fax or website the client is agreeing to be bound by Naturo Terms and Conditions of Service.

Regular Cleaning
Naturo will perform the work specified by the Client in a professional manner. The Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.

The minimum hours per week are 2 hours for a minimum period of three months. 

Carpet Cleaning 
On carpet cleaning service a minimum of £70 charge will be applied.
Naturo will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.
Naturo reserve the right to refuse to clean carpets not tacked down properly or torn to avoid any further risks or damage.


Once only cleaning/End of Tenancy/Spring Cleans and After-builds

The client is recommended to check the quality of the cleaning work carried out immediately after completion of the work.

  1. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the standard of work, he/she should contact the company not more than 24 hours after the completion of the service. Unless good reason is given for late notification of any complaint, the company will not consider any complaints which are notified after such period of 24 hours.
  2. When booking a cleaning service, the Client is obliged to provide details of name, address, telephone, e-mail address and the payment details over the phone. As soon as this information has been submitted the Client will be sent an e-mail confirmation one working day before the cleaning session in respect of the Company’s Terms and Conditions. The Client accepts these Terms and Conditions unless s/he contacts the Company before the cleaning session has started.
  3. In the event of complaint the client will allow the company to send a cleaner back to the client’s property to complete the work to the client’s satisfaction and the company will not normally refund any payment if

End of Tenancy Cleaning
The standard end of tenancy cleaning service does not include cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, chandeliers, exterior windows and carpets, washing up, rubbish removal or laundry. (Except by prior arrangement)The property must be vacated. it is not permitted to return to the client’s property to complete the job.

Insurance
Naturo service is insured by full public and employer's liability cover. Any Agency Clients should refer to the separate Terms and Conditions of the Agency Agreement.

Naturo or its insurers shall not be liable for the first £200 of any claim nor for any claim of £200 or less. The Client should have adequate insurance cover in place against liabilities to our Cleaning Provider and for any loss under the excess threshold. (This may be in the form of a general household insurance policy).

Claims
In case of a complaint, Naturo requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.

Equipment
Naturo will provide all cleaning material and equipment necessary for them to perform their duties.  If the client has specific products they require us to use then these must be provided and set out to us in writing on the offset.

Parking Parking must be made available for our company vehicle.  In the event no provisions are made for us to parking we reserve the right to pass on any parking expenses to the client.

Keys/Utility Services  It is the responsibility of the client to ensure we have access and the right utilities service (such as hot water and electricity) so we can fulfil our commitments. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any losses incurred for failing to provide these.
