What's Included in the End of Tenancy Clean? - This guide price is based on properties that are in reasonable condition and the provision of the following tasks: vacuuming carpets, vacuuming and damp mopping hard floors, cleaning woodwork (skirting, doors, frames, dado and picture rails), cleaning fixtures and fittings (switches, sockets), cleaning internal glazing and framework, cleaning external surfaces of cupboards and furniture (and inside of empty and accessible units), de-greasing and cleaning accessible kitchen surfaces and outside of appliances, de-scaling to and a deep hygienic clean to bathrooms, removing cob-webs, dusting down walls and removing marks where permissible.
