Felicia is a (BICsc) British Institute of Cleaning Science Trained Technician and also a Qualified Professional Trainer.

Naturo Owner Felicia Basi started the company in 2004. Prior to that she had a career in the hospitality industry for several of London's best hotels before moving into a career in property management. It would seem now she always had a passion for buildings and their upkeep!

Felicia's desire to stay at the forefront of cleaning has driven her to develop the Naturo range of award-winning green product which later featuring on radio, TV and editorial in recent years.

Her passion to improve the industry reputation as meant a lot of research into what works and what doesn't enabling her to provide high quality service to prestigious customers such as Harrods Aviation, Stratstone (Aston Martin dealership) Sterling Energy and many other private clients.

Felicia's experience means that she has a wealth of experience in managing and training staff so can handle most cleaning issues. Even if she doesn't know the answer she will welcomes the challenge!
